Co-creator and teacher of methodological module of the online course for pedagogical, psychological and methodological continual education of teachers who didn’t have these subjects at university. Tamara Živadinović, is an experienced facilitator, multi-stakeholder process specialist, the founder of Mena Group and the Coordinator of Serbian Facilitators’ Network. She is the creator of the idea of Facilitation Festival and a member of International Association of Facilitators since 2006.
She works with different groups on co-creation of processes that can help them to reach new visions and results. Her focus lays with facilitation of planning processes and organisational development, building integrity of individuals, leaders and groups. She is a facilitator with more than 15 years of experience in using different methodologies and willing to continuously learn and develop new approaches. Participated in many international conferences and worked with international facilitator teams. Graphic recording is her tool for boosting processes. She believes in people, their power to move things. Connect, work together and start positive change. She uses yoga and mental aikido to understand and improve relation with herself and with the world.
Jan Lelie MSc MBA CPF|M has been facilitating even before he knew how it was called. After facilitating as a project and program manager, he became a full-time facilitator working in industry, governments, communities and not-for-profit organizations. Based on McWhinney’s “Creating Paths of Change”, he developed a meta-praxis. He has been actively involved in growing the LEF Community of Practice. He is founding (board) member of IAF-Netherlands, introduced the CPF-certification in The Netherlands and recently became CPF|M. He has delivered workshop in over 25 IAF organized (inter)national conferences.
